4th Grade Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Oration

Parkside Building - Black Box Theater - BBT
Fourth Graders will honor the life and work of civil rights leader, Martin Luther King, Jr. with an oration performance on Thursday, February 9th at 2:30 p.m. in the Parkside Blackbox Theater. These students have penned brief but powerful individual speeches, which they will orate along with interspersed excerpts from Martin Luther King, Jr.'s 1967 Speech, Where Do We Go From Here - Chaos or Community?  This year marks the 50th Anniversary of that speech. Fourth Grader parents and siblings are cordially invited to celebrate this moving event!  We hope to see you there. Questions?
