  • Director of Auxiliary Programs

    The Director of Auxiliary Programs develops, implements, and oversees non-tuition revenue-generating programs in support of Lowell’s mission and community. This individual is responsible for strategic planning, operations, market development, program design, budgeting, monitoring, and evaluation of all aspects of life at Lowell School beyond the hours of the school day. Supervising four department members, they lead the school’s after care program, including before and after school care, as well as school break camps, summer camp, aquatics, and enrichment opportunities. The Director monitors and assesses the efficacy of these programs and systems in line with goals set by the Head of School. As an influential voice in the school, the Director reports to the Head of School and represents Lowell School to a variety of constituents, including current, former, and potential students, families, staff, and collaborating organizations. They will develop a strong understanding of how various systems in the school work and be a part of maintaining these systems. This is a 12-month, full-time position.
