  • Middle School Science Teacher

    Lowell seeks a full time Middle School science teacher to teach geoscience, life science, physical science, and support the progressive integration of STEAM content and skills. The successful candidate will collaborate with other science teachers to plan and implement a hands-on, student-centered, differentiated curriculum for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade classes. In addition, the teacher will join a grade-level STEAM team that creates integrated projects combining aspects of science, technology, engineering, art, and math. The position includes serving as an advisor for a group of Middle School students.

    Lowell seeks a part-time 6th grade social studies teacher to teach content and skills and to implement a progressive, integrated curriculum. The social studies teacher works closely with the language arts teacher and also works with grade level teachers of other disciplines on integrated projects.     Lowell is currently seeking applicants for the position of collaborating lead teacher (co-teacher) in grades K-5. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in early childhood or elementary education, possess knowledge of the social, emotional, and academic needs of elementary children, and be well versed in best practice for delivering language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies instruction.
  • After Care Teacher

    Lowell is seeking a responsible, experienced, energetic, and creative after care teacher for the after-school program. Students are ages 3 through 11, and the program runs from 3:00–6:00 pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and from 1:45–6:00 pm on Wednesdays.
