We are currently hiring substitute teachers for the 2021-22 school year. Ideal candidates will have the following: at least 60 credit hours towards a bachelor's degree, experience with elementary school-aged children, a flexible schedule, a collaborative spirit, and a sensitivity to a diverse (in all ways) community of learners. The Manager of Digital Storytelling is responsible for communicating the Lowell brand and mission to a wide range of audiences across multiple channels. This position works collaboratively across the school community to identify, create, and manage content that tells the story of the values, programs, and people that make Lowell a one-of-a-kind independent school in the competitive Washington, DC market. The manager supports the school's community building, recruitment and retention, and fundraising goals. The Manager of Digital Storytelling will perform and performing other duties as assigned. This is a 12-month, full-time position reporting to the Director of Brand Communications and Marketing. Lowell’s academic technologist will implement technology integration and curriculum for faculty and students in preschool-8th grade, ensuring the alignment of the student technology experience across divisions. The academic technologist will perform other duties as assigned. This is a 10-month, full-time position reporting to the Middle School and Primary School directors.
