Lowell is currently seeking applicants for the position of Collaborating Lead Teacher (co-teacher) in grades K-5. Ideal candidates will hold a degree in early childhood or elementary education, possess knowledge of the social, emotional, and academic needs of elementary children, and be well versed in best practice for delivering language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies instruction.
Lowell seeks a full time 7th and 8th Grade Math Teacher to teach Pre-Algebra, Algebra, and Geometry, serve as an advisor for a group of Middle School students, and support the progressive integration of STEAM content and skills. Each grade-level STEAM team works with grade-level teachers of other disciplines on integrated projects.
Lowell is seeking a responsible, experienced, energetic, and creative After Care Teacher for the after-school program. Students are ages 3 through 11, and the program runs from 3:00–6:00 pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays and from 1:45–6:00 pm on Wednesdays.
We are currently hiring substitute teachers for the 2018-19 school year. Ideal candidates will have the following: at least 60 credit hours towards a bachelor's degree, experience with elementary school aged children, a flexible schedule, a collaborative spirit, and a sensitivity to a diverse (in all ways) community of learners.
