Lowell students, non-Lowell siblings, and the children of our faculty and staff members who are over the age of 12 and at least five months past their second/final vaccine dose will be eligible to participate.

If you would like to participate in this clinic, please sign up for an appointment. A parent must be present for the appointment. Bring your ID, insurance card, and vaccine card(s) with you. You will be asked to fill out a consent form when you arrive.
