Lowell’s Summer Camp encourages children ages 3 to 15 to grow self-awareness and confidence while learning to play and work well with others. We embrace a progressive education philosophy that puts children at the center of the learning process, and we are committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity in all we do.
Campers participate in various activities, make new friends, and explore their interests in deliberately small groups. This low counselor-to-camper ratio, and our dedication to having a range of backgrounds within our camp community, create a relaxed and informal environment where campers can expand their horizons purposefully and safely.
Our eight-acre campus borders Rock Creek Park and provides space for games, sports, exercise, and water play, as well as opportunities to explore plant and animal life in our spring-fed stream. Lowell’s technology centers, art workshops, libraries, black box theatre, and large gymnasium are also available to campers.
Summer programs are open to Lowell School families and the broader community.
