3rd Grade Curriculum Share
Third grade teachers and students are excited to present their work in music, dance, Spanish, math, reading, and writing to families during their Curriculum Celebration tomorrow starting at 8:30 am. The event begins in the gym where students will perform melodies by Bach, Beethoven, and Mozart on the recorder followed by dance performances, including “Revelations,” an homage to Alvin Ailey, “Things” by Eloise Greenfield, and the “Star Wars Shape Dance.” After the performances, students will share various writing accomplishments and a special augmented reality project from Spanish class that highlights students’ speaking skills, as well as grammar and vocabulary they have learned. At the conclusion of the celebration, parents will have a chance to enjoy student artwork on display along the hallway near the art studio.
