Middle School Hosts January Jam
Next week Lowell Middle School Girls and Boys All Stars basketball teams host the January Jam in the Lowell Dome. With an early win at the Burke Tournament this season, the MS Girls have an impressive record of 7-1. The January Jam will likely feature a spirited rematch between Lowell and Barnesville.
The MS Boys All Stars are also on top of their game with a 6-1 record for the season. The team won their first six games including a tight victory over Waldorf. After losing in overtime at Burke this week, the Leopards are hoping for a rematch in the title game of the January Jam on Friday.
The action begins Tuesday, Jan. 29 at 4:00 pm in the Lowell Dome as the MS Girls challenge their first opponent, Burke. On Wednesday, Jan. 30, the MS Boys All Stars team take on Barnesville at 4:00 pm. Winners from this round will continue to the title games Thursday and Friday. Come cheer for the Leopards!
