Strategic Plan

In 2008, Lowell resolved to create a separate strategic plan for diversity as a way of renewing Lowell's institutional commitment to diversity, setting new goals, determining a path toward achieving those goals, and establishing a plan to ensure goals are being met.

Five Year Strategic Plan for Diversity

In 2009 and 2010, the school began the process by conducting the NAIS Assessment for Inclusivity and Multiculturalism (AIM). In June 2011 the Board of Trustees approved Lowell’s Five Year Strategic Plan for Diversity.
The Plan identifies the School’s strengths, goals, and initiatives for implementation in five categories:
  • Community
  • Education
  • Student Life
  • Faculty, Staff, and Leadership: Recruitment, Hiring, and Retention
  • Communication
Annual updates are reported in The Lowell Ledger.
