Lowell School’s 37th Annual Auction for Financial Assistance: A Stellar Night

Lowell's Annual Auction is a lively party that brings current parents, faculty and staff, and alumni families and friends of the school together for a special evening to celebrate and support Lowell students and our Financial Aid program.

Join us on Saturday, April 27 for a fun evening at Lowell to celebrate our commitment to diversity at every level, including socioeconomic, and raise money to continue to meet those efforts. We can only do it with your support, so let’s make this a record-breaking year!

    The Auction is a great occasion to support our Financial Aid program as well as an opportunity for fellowship with members of the Lowell community. Buy your tickets today!
  • Volunteer

    Sign up here to volunteer your time. The auction is a parent-run event and volunteers are KEY to making the auction a success. You can donate a little time, or a lot, depending on your interests and schedule. Involvement at all levels is needed!

  • Nuts and Bolts

    Put on your cocktail attire and enjoy Lowell’s 2019 Annual Auction "A Stellar Night" with us! This adults-only event on April 27, 2019, will be held in the Parkside Building and begins at 6:00 pm. The evening begins with a silent auction, cocktails, and hors d’ouevres in the Berkeley Library. The live auction will be followed by dancing and a DJ ending the evening around 11:00 pm. Book your babysitters and buy your tickets now!

    Through your attendance and participation, Lowell will raise funds that go directly to the Financial Aid program supporting 32% of the Lowell student body.
  • How much are tickets?

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, you may park in the school’s parking lot and along the entrance driveway (subject to availability). However, we suggest taking a cab or using a ride sharing (i.e. Uber, Lyft, Via, etc.) to get to and from the event.
  • I want to volunteer – who should I talk to?

    Did you say VOLUNTEER?!? Sign up here. We have a job for YOU!! They can use all the help they can get to ensure this year's event is a success.
  • How can I sponsor the auction?

    We have great sponsorship packages available. Sponsorships include advertising options plus more. Please contact Lisa Alfonso-Frank to discuss sponsorship and advertisement opportunities. You can find and complete our online sponsorship form.
  • Will there be an online component?

    Yes! We are carefully curating a list of items for our online auction April 2-5. Stay tuned as items are available for limited times throughout the week, you won't want to miss it. More information to come.
  • Do I have to be at the event to bid?

    There are plenty of ways to participate in the auction if you can’t make it to the April 27 event. You can:
    • Buy raffle tickets! (scroll to bottome of page)
    • You can volunteer to help with auction set-up, April 22-26.
    • You can contribute to your class’s effort to win one of the many class parties offerings. Class Ambassadors will be reaching out to each class to highlight which parties are available to what grades.
    • Participate in the online auction April 2–5.
