• Please arrive 15 minutes before warm-ups begin.

• If you are running late . . .

  Please contact the coach so that your swimmers are not removed from any of their events.

• If you need to leave early. . .

  Please inform the coach prior to leaving, preferably during the week leading up to the meet and or before warm-ups.

• Please have your swimmers bring the following . . .

  Lionfish Apparel

  Team Swim Suit

  2 pairs of goggles

  2 towels

  A water bottle

  Small healthy snack.. No Peanuts

  Something to help pass the time (ie: book, iPod, cards, etc.)

  DO NOT send a lawn/deck chair with your swimmer

• Please let your swimmers know what they will be swimming . . .

  The coach will then be able to tell your swimmers what heats and lanes they will be in at the pool.

• Parents are not allowed on the pool deck . . .

  Have your swimmers go to the team area and check in with the coach.

• If you would like to volunteer at the swim meet . . .

  Please let the coach know.

• If you need to speak to the coach . . .

  Please inform the meet marshals on the pool deck that you need to speak to a Lionfish coach, and they will then contact the coach who will come over and speak with you.

• Parents will be sitting in the stands for a good amount of time . . .

  Consider bringing something to read/do while you wait for your children's events.

• Please remember . . .

  Your swimmers are “putting themselves out there,” and no matter what the outcome of their swims, they need your encouragement.
