Pre-Primary School

Welcome

Young children are naturally curious and ready to play. Our Pre-Primary School takes a child's curiosity and spurs it on, so our youngest students discover the joy of learning, grow in their confidence, and develop strong foundational skills.
Teachers recognize that children must be invested in their own learning. It’s the teachers' role to provide materials that extend learning, introduce new activities and projects, and ask questions that spark conversation. They also create the environment for learning, bringing the structure and predictability children need to take ownership of their learning.

Pre-Primary teachers are in tune with how children learn, as well as their readiness. Observing the needs of each child, they provide guidance and support. In a kind and gentle way, they encourage children to stretch and learn every day.
At Lowell, my son has every fiber of his body and brain nourished on a daily basis. He is encouraged to be brave and express himself in a thoughtful and respectful manner.
