Lowell to Host a PEP Class in Fall 2012

Lowell is set to host a Parent Encouragement Program (PEP) class on campus this fall. The eight-week PEP I class is for parents of children ages 5-12, and will be held on Wednesdays from 7:30-9:30 pm from October 3rd through December 5th (skipping October 31st and November 21st). The class description is as follows:
PEP I: Becoming a More Encouraging Parent
Looking for a new and refreshing outlook on parenting? Tired of whining, dawdling, bedtime battles, disrespect, homework vs. media, sibling fights, and other problems? In PEP I, parents learn the skills to solve behavior problems and raise children to be respectful, responsible, caring people. Become the consistent, confident parent you want to be. ($248/person, $15 for textbook)
