A $50,000 Matching Gift Opportunity for Lowell
A Dollar for Dollar Match
We are delighted to announce that every new gift or new
pledge to Annual Giving 2011-12, Stretch
for Success, will be matched dollar for dollar up to a total of $50,000.
The campaign got off to a record breaking start this fall thanks to the
generosity of the entire Lowell community. By January 15, 2012, the campaign
had reached the $400,000 goal for this year’s program, and now, every additional dollar raised will support Building on Success, the capital
campaign for the Middle School expansion project.
To keep the momentum going and to raise as much as possible for
Building on Success, a few inspired and very committed
Lowell families who had already made significant multi-year commitments to Building on Success, as well as their
own gifts to Annual Giving 2011-12, came together
to challenge the Lowell community. They
each dug a little deeper to collectively pledge an additional $50,000 to match new
gifts and new pledges to the campaign dollar for dollar.
Make a gift now to help us take advantage of this
extraordinary opportunity to add $100,000 to the capital campaign and help
ensure that the total raised for the Middle School expansion project exceeds $1,500,000, the half-way point, by June 30:

campaign, please consider your current circumstances to see if you can stretch a
bit more.
Every new gift or new pledge
paid by June 30 will qualify for the match. All donors will be recognized for supporting Annual Giving
2011-2012 and the Building on Success
capital campaign.
