Academic Program

Using an integrated social and academic curriculum, children explore their own identity. They get to know, understand and appreciate the diversity of their classmates, and work together to build a strong, inclusive community. Children develop an understanding and appreciation for their own culture and communities, the Lowell community, the local community of Washington, D.C. and communities beyond the region and beyond the country's borders. Our goal is to have children become effective, respectful, inclusive community members at a local, national and global level.
