Lowell recognizes that the most precious resource of any school community is the group of committed adults who embody the mission and values of the school and devote their professional lives to bringing that mission to life.
The School has a fundamental belief in identifying, recruiting, growing, and retaining staff who are not only the most qualified, but who also embody the spirit and future direction of the school. We have a formalized professional development program that allows teachers to identify the areas they would like to focus on in an given year, with scheduled opportunities to meet with the administration to gauge individual progress. For new and existing teachers and staff, we have an active mentor program that encourages ongoing informal collaboration.
